We take the time to get to know our patients to help them feel safe and nurtured as they rehab injuries and overcome illnesses which we realize can both be challenging and emotionally charged. We use a hands-on approach, often including soft tissue work and manual techniques in our treatments. We often utilize our Stott Reformer Pilates Machines, which helps increase patients’ strength and flexibility in a non-stressful way. Our therapists don’t close themselves off to just one type of treatment approach or “method”, as we don’t believe that a “one size all” approach offers the best results.
